   European Stars and Stripes (Newspaper) - June 8, 1947, Tokyo, Japan                              By Bick Harn sports editor a letter from Lee Durbar sports department of the Oakland Tribune in California tells an interesting incident which happened s46 baseba11 Park on the night of thursday june 20th that particular night the Oaks were battling san Diego in the game of a three game series
