Maximum $300.Bond Issue of $50,000,000 finances it. Massachusetts less than six months of Domestic service brings $100. More than six months Domestic services200, foreign service �300. With effective dates sept. .16, 1940 through dec. 31.1946. Short term notes totalling $145,. 000,000 will finance this program. Michigan Domestic service ten dollars per month foreign �15 with a maximum �500. Effective dates sept.16, 1940, and june 30, 1946. Bond Issue -s270.000.000.new Hampshire ten dollars for each month of service and the Maxi mum is si00. Service of at least 90 Days after december 8, 1941, required. Thesis financed by a $3,900,000 Bond Issue. Ohio Domestic service at ten Dol Lars a month foreign s15. Maximum s400. Effective dates december 7, 1941,and sept. 2, 1945. Bond Issue �300,000, 000.vermontten dollars for each month of service with a maximum of�120. Service must be after sept. 11. 1941. Funds will come out of the state Treasury surplus. Incidentally former officers need not apply. The Bonus i for enlisted service Only. Rhode island$200 per  is paid for by a Bond Issue of $20, 000,000.alaskaten dollars per month. No maximum. Special taxes will pay for the Bonus. In addition of those states expected to act this year Pennsylvania s bonuses expected to Cost �500,000,000 Minne Sota a .$152,000,000 Iowa a �85,000,000north Dakota a 830,000,000 South Dakota s. $30,000,000 Wisconsin s $80,000,-000, and there is no estimate of Cost for Indiana. -. In the meantime for a starter con Gress proposes to exempt veterans from income tax payments during service in the armed forces.
