This was to be increased 10 per cent for each mile per hour Over 40 up to 140 per cent for 44 Mph. On the other hand if it failed to reach the specified Speed the contract Price would be reduced 10 per cent for each mile per hour under 40 to ?0 per cent for a 36 Mph Speed. Other requirements called for the machine to Cany two persons having a combined weight of 350 pounds and carry fuel sufficient for a flight of 125 Miles.
