When Rogers became lieutenant general  was named Vii corps  and took Placzkouski with him. In october 1959, Rogers was As signed stateside and Placzkouski returned with him As his Secretary. During his second tour in Ger Many  watched four More generals take command of 7th army it Gen Henry i. Hodes it Gen Bruce  Clarke it Gen Clyde , and it Gen Francis   june of 1961, Placzkouski came to 7th army  to serve As the personal Secretary to it Gen Gar Rison  Davidson and stayed enduring the tour of it Gen John  Oakes.
