Burdette 25, was convicted onto of three charges and sentenced to two years at hard la Bour and reduction to the lowest court recommended that Burdette be confined at an instal lation where psychiatric treat ment is available. The guilty ver dict was returned after the court heard nearly three Days of Testi Mony. Burdette was found guilty on charges of wilfully and wrong fully destroying government property and of endangering human life. He was found not guilt of wilfully and wrongfully destroying private number of German Homes in the civilian Community several Hundred Yards from the site were damaged by the detonation.
