Work under Way at Raf Alconbury at an estimated $1.4 million includes building on new intermediate school and adding to another dependent school building a Field training building and alterations to number of existing structures. At Raf Chicksands workmen Are just finishing 100 units of fam ily housing which Cost the air Force $1.8 million. Another 40 units at $685,000, should be completed by next july and plans Call for an additional 160 hous ing units these Are authorized but not yet funded. A dependent school has just been completed at a Cost of $400,000, and a commissary is scheduled for construction next $1.1 million storage depot facility is now in Progress at Raf Welford which should be finished by october 1968.at Raf Woodbridge near Lakenheath new storage facilities valued at $800,000 Are under Way and should be finished by next Spring.
