Something to Stem the garbage tide until someone Comesup with the ultimate disposal method. That someone May be me inspiration came my Way As i was Reading about an Experiment in new Hyde Park n.y., involving the use of activated charcoal to filter fume from a garbage Landfill. Activated charcoal is the stuff use Din certain cigarette filters. Indeed that is apparently where City official got the idea for the garbage filter. Very Well. The next step is so obvious i in surprised nobody thought of it before. We simply shred or grind up the garbage and make cigarettes of it.
