Jiminy drowned said Aguirre Andregas was charged with murder. We held a  Catcher Bill Freehart was named prosecutor. George Thomas now with bos ton handled the defense and former team Trainer Jack Homel now retired served As judge. Homel acquitted Regan said Aguir re.
