And if there a stiff Breeze and you boat starts a healthy Heel that Means leaning on its Side until you think you redoing to capsize you re expected to curl your toes around one Side of the boat and hang your body Over the other Side Teeter totter fashion in Hopes that your weight enough to keep Yoxall from a watery grave or at Best a cold wet Bath. That where especially Good isometric exercises for the Abdo men Muscles come in. You get so scare your panic Muscles contract a lot. It great for your vocabulary. Relearned 150 new words in three Days some of them which i won t repeat and now Only the salts in my Block know what i mean when i say never Belay the sheets in any weather and finally it i ,.s things for the ego.
