If he s chomping at the bit waiting to get at Finley he certainly does t show it. I won t get into a mud slinging debate with Charlie no matter How much he tries to provoke me a Calm and composed Kuhn told the associated press. Finley s latest Home run barrage against Kuhn was sparked by the new York acts Trade of Tom Seaver to the Cincinnati reds for four inexperienced play ers. Finley Felt Kuhn should have voided the deals comparing them to his famous sales of one year ago that were voided by the  sued Kuhn for those blocked sales lost the Case and is planning an Appeal. The similarities Between the Seaver Deal and my assignment of Vida Blue to the new York Yankees Are  Finley said last week. Both deals were made on june 15, the trading deadline. I would always sooner see player traded for players and not move for Money he said. But the Money is in Lin with other deals in recent years. It was at a level that any team could go for. My yardstick is whether i think the Money was so High that a lot of clubs would be ruled nut from  Kuhn said there was a time earlier this year that he suspected Finley was trying to liquidate the Oakland Ball club.
