They saw the men set the crate afire then Speed away. They wrote Down the License  found a burned body inside the charred crate. Police stopped a Cadillac with that License. The drive was buddy Jacobson. Police say the couple can identify him As one of the two men the other is being sought. The medical examiner said Topper bad been beaten repeatedly stabbed shot seven times then burned. Two ballets in his body Wen fired from the same gun that had fired a Bullet into the door of Jacobson s apartment. Jacobson was charged with murder and jailed.
