That was it for the first half although Wiesbaden threatened in the latter stages. That was broken up when Tim Williams picked off i Stan Wally pass on the Mannheim 2 and almost went All the Way. Wally finally running him Down on the Wiesbaden 42. The warriors wrapped up their scoring right after the second half Kickoff. Cover ing 72 Yards in a drive that was delayed three times because of their penalties and prolonged on a roughing the kicker penalty. On that play Barnes displayed great thespian talents. Fullback Ivan Cush Berry finally got the Ball into the end one. From the 3 and Jeff Johnston followed with his third straight Pat kick. Barnes had 36 Yards on that drive and lost another 18 on the infractions. Mannheim got its touchdown with Only 85 seconds left in the game. It went into the official Book As a i Yard pass from Danny Moler to Chrisler Bradley but the Mannheim players had indicated that they needed Only about six inches on the fourth Down play that capped an 80-Yard drive.
