Ronnie san finished second in last year s air Force worldwide championships when he was stationed in California. Last year he ran for Strate Gic air come. In the women s Competition Over 5 Kilometres the Mac s Jean Baker clocked a 25 20 to claim the seniors Crown and the . Conference s Gloria Duffy ran a 26 15 for the master s title. Langmaack was her old self pulling ahead of the pack right at the Start. Then As Csc competitor Donna Underwood who finished second said she just goes on Underwood finished with a 19 09 clocking. I went out easy because i wanted to Sec who else was there Langmaack said. Then when i saw nobody was going to keep up 1 concentrated on my form and just tried to run a smooth race. I figured there was t any reason to kill myself especially since Safe is Only two weeks away in the women s seniors. Baker watched Langmaack pull ahead of everybody else and decided to just run her own pare. That was Good enough for the title even though she suffered an allergy attack right after the race.
