He said he gave details about the revocation to the veterans administration for which is was working when he joined the army in 1981. He said fort Carson officials first talked with him about the revocation and a third Case involving a patient who is now his wife in november 1984. In december 1984, the army renewed his commission for another year although details of his past were known and in february he became chief of the department he said.
