The battalion re up no assured me that the commander meant a bar to re enlistment a form 4126-r. Wishing Only to assist the commander i approached him. I told him thai to bar a Soldier because he is overweight it must be for apathy toward the  commander informed me that he had done the same at his last unit and would also do so Here and that a 600-9 did t say he could not do so. I passed this on to the Oor retention no i that battalion Chain brigade level who informed me that Iii was not Legal unless apathy was shown and medical evaluations had been done to ensure no medi Cal problem Enisley.
