Acc chairman Dennis Patrick said the action should be cause for Celebration because it extends to broadcasters the same first amendment guarantees of free speech that protect the print Media. The  doctrine chills speech and contravenes the first amendment and the Public interest Patrick said. Supporters of the doctrine say it is needed to ensure that minority View Point Are aired by broadcasters. Andrew j.
