One summer our kids did t sleep in their rooms from june 12 until after labor Day. Finally we decided to be up front with our friends and family. Their visits were ruining us financially and we just could t handle it. We decided to remind them that we have six kids three in College and All working. We told them we loved them dearly but we simply could t feed and entertain people for More than two or three Days at the most. Everyone was wonderful. They said they understood perfectly and agreed to pitch in. The Only couple we lost was my sister and her husband. They were insulted and quit speaking to us. Sign me problem solved in a. I Only want to Point out that everyone needs to unwind or do things that Aren t  living in stairwells we need not Only to be considerate but also tolerant As Well. So please the next time one of your neighbors docs something that gets on your nerves unless they re doing it Only to get on your nerve remember that it won t last forever and Stop to think before you run off to complain. I understand there Are other families living in the same building and you have to be consid Erate of the other families. In turn they should also be considerate of you. One family plays music All the time and has a car that does t like to Start in the morning and the Man sits out there for 10 or is minutes sometimes longer trying to Start it the car grinds backfires and All kinds of other Little noises that a car can make. The car sits right outside my bedroom window. The Man does t show my wife kids or myself any consideration wit the music or trying to Start his car. My wife and i have never said anything about it because we understand that people like to listen to their music. We also Haven t said anything about the car because we know people have car problems. This is even though he could let the car Roll Back from the window a Little. There is another family living across the hallway from me that docs nothing but complain. They com Plain about the kids getting in water fights playing in the basement and even yell when somebody lets the outside door close too hard. They complain about everything. When i get Home from work i like to tinker around with Wood making things. I Don t bother anybody. I stay on my Balcony tinkering with my Wood and talk ing to my wife. My wife and i stay to ourselves. My neighbors either complain to the building coordinator or Call family housing about me making too much noise. The building coordinator talks to me and tells me that housing says that i have got to go to the Craft shop. The building coordinator is just doing his Job. After being at work All Day though i Don t like Mohave to leave to go to the Craft shop to relax while 1 work with Wood. I like to relax in my Home. If you do go to the Craft shop you have to take classes to Leach you How to use All the machines that they have. Many of the instructors talk to you like you arc some Dummy who does t know How to put a Drill bit inthe Chuck. Every time you need a tool you have to go ask somebody for it or you have to wait for somebody to get done with a piece of equipment so you can use it. To me that is not relation. I like to work in my own Home. The thing that really gets me is that they Don come to me. They go to somebody and have them talk to me. If that s the Way they Are around Here then that tells me How they Are at their Job. Around Here they say i How Are you doing and mile. Then they go complain to someone about you. It s bad enough enough that there Are some people where you work who Are like that you Don t need to come Home to it. But i guess this is not supposed to be a Home just a place to hang your hat until you leave to go Back tothe Stales. The thing that really gets me is that the people who do the complaining will turn around and take a grinder and Start working on their car. That is not one of the quietest things to do.
