I have heard All the comments about How people think a dining facility should be operated. But have you Ever tried cooking for 500 men daily Wilh five Cooks there was a time last year when there was Only one shift consisting of five Cooks period. This lasted about five months. The Cooks average work Day started at 5 . And ended about 7 . Cooks Pul in a lot of time and hard work to serve wholesome and satisfying dishes. They May not pre pare dishes like mom docs but rest assured they Don t serve Slop either. Besides. I Don t see Loo Many Guys suffering from a thin Man s  Cooks Are not expected to pamper but they arc expected to prepare three Square meals a Day. I have eaten in our dining facility. Personally i think it s a Fine establishment and the food is appealing. Food service is a skill a skill that gels belter with Lime. My husband is a professional at his Job and an outstanding no of whom the army can be proud.
