The system does not have the right to Burden Down the no just because it itself cannot get organized or because it is under the false impression that the whole world evolves around the military. Life consists of a lot More than military  it is not right that the no always has to pick up the Slack that results from the Chain of command s i abilities or the inefficiency of other soldiers. Neither is it Correct to make cos responsible for unfinished projects resulting from unforeseeable emergencies . Accidents sickness. It it also wrong to consider an no a cheap baby  if the military recruits soldiers it should make sure that mature adults Are hired who can take care of themselves. Maybe hiring and education standards should be re evaluated.
