She had eight puppies. Several of the families that had taken a Puppy were thrilled. One couple had a very Young child. It is now 10 months later and these people arc Call ing to Tell me that they had to get rid of the Puppy because he bit their kid. Why Are they calling me is the Puppy still my responsibility 1 can t believe that the Puppy had to be destroyed. We told them not to let their children antagonize the dog or he would turn out mean. If renting at your own risk Means that there is a problem with the landlord or the facilities then Why rent them at All if it Means there is a problem with the landlord then Why would housing recommend or rent the facility to any other personnel especially after other problems had been reported if the apartment of a landlord is not rented because of the landlord s mental condition or because of the landlord s refusal to take care of the apartment and the tenant then How can the landlord apartment be off limits for one party and for others no problem and no restrictions to go from the at risk or off limits status should there not be some kind of inquiry or inspection.
