The author s suggestion that a system of racial segregation rooted in what the South african government believes is divine ordain Cut to be a sys tem of brotherhood is far from True. The author s claims of Law and order is quite fallacious. What Law and order is he referring to is he referring to the Law that refuses to recognize Blacks As full citizens in their own Homeland the Law that denies them Access to the ballot the Law that has imprisoned thousands of Black men women and children simply because they dare to cry for Freedom or the Law that gives the prime minister absolute Power to pro claim anyone who advocates Equality a communist As was the Case with imprisoned lawyer Nelson Mande la i Don t feel the need to apologize for the substandard conditions of other african nations. If the author would Check recent history he would note that in 1960 there were Only three african nations free from the plunder and pillage of Western society. Today there Are Over so Independent african nations but All arc no free of manipulation by the Western world. If anyone needs to apologize for the conditions of Africa it is those countries who for centuries rape that continent of its people resources and wealth and afterwards deserted her once they had amassed an incalculable amount of riches from which Western society still flourishes today. The plight of Africa is no Accident. It is the culmination of a Well planned and Well rehearsed sequence designed to keep economic control of the vast amount of minerals and resources which Are scarce in the Western world. Western governments have through Covert Means assassinated or placed internal opposition in front of progressive Black african governments in order to continue the manipulation of those coun tries while the country remains in civil unrest. To expect Africa to walk upright after such a horrendous past is like expecting an Eagle to soar in the Clouds with a broken Wing. Given time and Aid the Wing will heal and the Eagle will soar.
