West Germany the world s leading exporter forges ahead with an influx of thousands feast germans willing to work hard for relatively Low wages. The european Community continues to strive for a single internal Market by 1992, at the same time reducing the Market for . Goods. Where do we stand we re lagging in High technology Trade. Our cities Are plagued by drugs crime ran Dom violence and youth gang violence. We have areas where our children cannot walk to school safely. On one Day an entire City Miami was gripped by the fear that a violent riot would erupt if a jury verdict went the wrong Way. And through it All our Media direct our attention to the antics of a spoiled Rich old lady who thinks she can slap anyone who annoys her. Where Are our priorities it s time for us americans to Wake up.
