He earned his doctorate from the University of Wyoming in 1977. Davenport who was raised in Laramie wyo., is married to a Dodds educator from Darmstadt. The couple has two children. He has served As a teacher and an administrator at Babenhausen Schwin Furt ill sheim Ansbach and Lan Stuhl. Lawther earned his doctorate from the University of Southern California. The new principal is married and has four children. Kubas Meyer has been with Dodds for 10 years. Her first assignment was at a Schattenburg in 1979. She was principal at Schwabish Hall elementary school last year. Kubas Meyer also earned her doctorate from the University of Southern California in 1988. The native of Monterey Park calif., is married to an employee of the department of Energy in Heidelberg. Wiesbaden West Germany a three new principals have been selected to head elementary schools for the Germany Region of the department of defense dependents schools. The principals Are Joan b. Wilcox at Mannheim Peter a Grenier at Schwabish Hall and Richard a Wertheimer at Idar Oberstein. After a year of sabbatical leave Wilcox reclaims the principals position at Mannheim elementary  Wilcox came to Dodds 20 years ago. She first taught overseas at Mannheim in 1970. She has seized As a teacher and As an administrator at Heidelberg Baum older bad Kreuz Nach Wurzburg and Verona and Vicenza Italy. The native of Savannah ga., earned her masters degree from Boston University in 1974 and is a doctoral student at Iowa state University. In 1987, she was selected As a National distinguished principal and was named administrator of the year by the european Congress of parents teachers and students. Grenier began leaching overseas 12 years ago in Bundlach. He was assistant principal at Karlsruhe elementary school last school year. Grenier received his masters degree in 1983 from the University of Southern California. In past years he has been involved in accreditation and school improvement activities. Last school year the Lunenburg mass., native served on the Dodds worldwide Reading program guide task Force. Wertheimer is a j 3-year Dodds Veteran who began teaching overseas in Liren. For the past three years he served As the education program manager at Worms elementary school. A Maryland native Wertheimer received to master s degree from George Washington University in Washington d c., in 1973. Wertheimer re places Anne Bridge who transferred to Panama. U
