Afr 35-44 also requires these files be kept up to Date and Correct in Content. Personal data that is obsolete or superseded must be purged and destroyed by pulping shredding tearing burning or lacerating. Regarding your question about rebutting items in a if the Best course of action is to follow the Appeal correction or rebuttal procedures provided in the specific governing directive for the document or action in question.
