A physical inactivity sedentary lifestyles can damage health. Health care workers should promote programs to encourage elderly to get regular exercise. A social isolation isolated individuals should be identified and Means found to give them More social Contact. Loneliness the report said can play an important role in development of disease and disability. Since the final discharge Watkins has fought the decision on the basis that he admitted his homosexuality on his initial application and repeatedly throughout his service. Watkins served As a chaplain s assistant a personnel specialist and a company clerk during his time in the army. He consistently received excellent performance ratings. Watkins who lives in Tacoma wash., told the new York times that he plans to re enlist immediately. He has held several government jobs during the past six years and is currently a service representative with the social Security administration the times reported
