I have a Lovely Yard and no dogs. My neighbor has two dogs who do their business regularly on my Lawn. Whenever i do Yard work i step in it. The dogs Are not to blame. It s the owner. How sad to make his pets hated in the neighbourhood because he is too dumb or too Lazy to see to it that they  properly. You re going to hear plenty about your answer to that one. A a a a.
