Press sheets together firmly around the Mounds of filling to eliminate air and Seal dough. Cut with a knife or pastry wheel to form squares. Boil Ravioli for 8-10 minutes or until pasta tests done. Put Cranberry Cream sauce on plate. Place Ravioli on top of sauce.  Cream sauce 116-Ounct can whole Cranberry sauce or 1 Pound freed cooked sweetened cranberries to cup heavy Cream Pinch East Pinch Pepper Puree cranberries. Heat cranberries and add heavy Cream.
