Arrington denied taking any Money from Brown. Peters was convicted in october of defrauding the City of $220,000 by altering and forging invoices from architects for a civil rights museum now under construction. She also was convicted of income tax violations of withholding tax violations and of using a false social Security number to obtain Loans and credits.
