With the help of student volunteers from the University of Wisconsin Law school the couple completed Federal and state tax returns and arranged a payback schedule through the internal Revenue service office. It s Good that these taxpayers Are Back in the system and i Salute those students for their compassion. Unfortunately there Are All too Many families who owe Back taxes and Are too frightened to come Forward. Even sadder Are those who Don t file not realizing they might be due a refund. It is a terrible indictment of our system that citizens Are afraid of our government.
