He was charged with attempted Possession of cocaine and pos session of cocaine. The charge of Possession of cocaine apparently was dropped under a plea bargain agreement reached in april. New York new Day reported last 1 i Day that Howe agreed to plead guilty to the Possession charge in Exchange for having the second charge dismissed. However Howe had denied the report saying he made no such agreement.
