I recently visited the Heidelberg Schict Zingen Chi chips on two occasions. On both occasions 1 was told it would be an hour before my family could be seated. My id was not checked on the first occasion i departed without waiting. On the second my family waited. On both occasions i noted Only 25 percent of the tables were being used around 6 15 . When i asked Why so few people were seated and so Many were waiting i received incoherent incomplete sentences. When i suggested there May be a problem with the restaurants management and staffing the employee simply ignored me and walked away. While waiting it was necessary to make several trips to the menus room with my children. I found deplorable conditions a Lack of cleanliness urinals out of order one hand drier inoperative and one of three toilets unusable. The cold hot indicators on the sink were also reversed. Once we were finally seated the kids were anxious to get their Chi chips hats. They were disappointed to learn there were no hats. Next the chips. Chips Are automatically placed on the table. However we had to ask. I was surprised when our chips arrived. Other patrons were being told there were none. These patrons asked Why we had chips and they did t. Twenty minutes after giving our order we were asked to repeat the order a maybe it had something to do with lights going out several times in parts of the restaurant. By the time we were finally served the kids were sleepy and had lost their appetite. We asked for carry out containers for their uneaten meals. We were told there was nothing available for this purpose. We collected enough napkins from empty tables to suffice however. Then came the wait for the Check.
