The biggest laugh is having her attend multicultural training programs. Some times people say or do racist or sexist things out of ignorance and they do not realize the harmful effects on others. For people like this multicultural training can be helpful. But Schott s remarks were blatantly racist and show that she is a sick hateful person. Giving her Multi cultural training is like giving aspirin to Arabi dog. Without the efforts of Many minority players the baseball owners would not be making the All the Money that they do.
