Coleman firecracker investigation continues los Angeles a arson inspectors met with the los Angeles county District attorney s office monday to discuss an incident in which new York mets outfielder Vince Coleman tossed a firecracker outside dodger stadium. Three people including a 1-year-old girl were injured saturday apparently from the firecracker which was thrown in the players parking lot. Those injured were treated at the scene and later hospitalized. No arrests had been made or charges filed As of monday night but fire depart ment spokesman Brian Humphrey said the investigation was proceeding. If it is determined the injuries were related to the firecracker charges could be filed. Suzanne Childs director of communications for the District attorney s office said monday night a decision probably will be made tuesday As to whether charges will be filed and if so who will handle them.
