Berry said the retaliation got so bad that he finally tried to file an equal employment Opportunity complaint about a year ago. He received a reply last december from Eunice Mason Leo officer for the 418th base support in in Frankfurt dismissing his complaint for being untimely. Mason said the incidents that gave Rise to Berry s complaint occurred in 1989, 1990 and 1991, but army regulations re  an Leo complaint to be filed with in 30 Days of the alleged discriminatory incidents.
