Support cafes Why is the military Here to serve our country the Best Way it knows How Why is the army and air Force Exchange service Here to serve our service Mem ers and families the Best Way it knows How. Most people use cafes facilities mainly because they find it More economical than shopping on the Economy arid being overseas people May miss shopping at target Kmart Wal Mart Etc. ,. Before working for cafes i would get upset if i could not get a particular item but after working for them i realize that we Are unable to get everything we want. We make do with what we can get. What Good does it do to complain or be abusive to employees in the facilities who have no control Over the items carried it May help you at the time to get All your frustrations out but think of what you Are doing to that employee who is trying to do his or her Job. The ironic thing is the customers who complain Are always the ones who come Back. So As an cafes employee please support cafes the Way you would want cafes to support you. A Delia Raemhild Raf Lakenheath England time for a change when an establishment posts its hours is it asking too much that it abide by them. I arrived at the Vilseck cafeteria at 9 45 ., sort of expecting to have 15 minutes a until it closed. An employee was unlocking the outer doors to let a couple of people out and when i tried to enter the cafeteria he said it was closed. I looked at the hours of operation to make Hadnot arrived too late. As i was leaving three officers asked what time the cafeteria closed. I said 10 The officer knocked on the door and asked the employee Why it was closing Early. The employee chose to ignore us. Instead of answering or even making cye Contact he walked away. Since the doors Are Glass i know he saw us. The cafeteria closing Early and the employees being discourteous is a common occurrence. Something should be done to Correct this. The army and air Force Exchange service should appreciate its Friendly employees and Reward them. should not let rudeness of its employees go unnoticed. If the employees behaviour does not improve replace them with people who would be Friendly and courteous. Our selection is already limited closing before the allotted time Only limits us further. A Chi. Paul c. Gibson Vilsick German soccer sensation judging from the massive attendance that i saw at each of the televised games of world gup Usa ?T94, i feel that football soccer has taken the United states by storm. I believe that thousands of americans got a better idea of the game and As a result now see it As a great game and the worlds most popular sport. Ninety or More minutes of intense keen Competition watched intently by thousands of dedicated and forever jubilant supporters gave us All we could desire from a game in which the Ball is controlled for the most part by ones foot. What a spectacle. I think More americans and foreigners As Well Only now realize that Lucky team America though improving by leaps and Bounds still has a very Long Way to go to achieve the Standard of play such As that of Brazil Italy Germany a Spain or a few of the More reputable football playing countries. The Circle of life a like in the lion King of. Right. Good , its about the Laws of nature. In the Circle of life All living things Are interconnected. A in the movie the lion is King. How does that work a Well it has something to do with the food Chain. A ooh like Burger King and not exactly. Its like Lions dining on Zebra and Zebra dining on grass. And when the lion Dies he becomes the grass in a roundabout Way. So the Zebra is eating the lion. A a Circle. wish i could Tell you it was As simple As a Walt Disney film son. It Isnit. A what do you mean Awell there a More to the Circle of life than Lions and zebras and grass. There a human beings. Hunters for one. A ooh wait. I saw that Bamble. Yep. Of course Hunting figures into the Circle of life. Men have always hunted and fished to provide for their survival needs although most of us let feedlots do our Hunting and mrs. Paul a do our fishing. A then again some Hunters Arentt interested in survival except in terms of making a killing in the marketplace. That a Why tigers for instance Are on the verge of extinction. A a Arentt there Laws to protect the tigers a sure but sometimes the Laws of economics prevail. Sometimes those who enforce the Laws look the other Way depending on How the wind blows. A what happens when All the tigers Are gone a a the profiteers look for other trophies other pelts. A but Isnit there someone to Lav Down the Law a Quot yes but As i said sometimes Power can be corrupted. A that happen in sad to say it does. That a what Disney leaves out in describing the Circle of life. There Are creatures much higher on the food Chain than the lion. A like what a congressmen for one. A and the president too. He a the King right a a Well on paper even american politics has a circular Quality. Congress and the president Are very powerful but they get their Power from those of us this end of the food Chain. A so you re saying Congress and the president Arentt the most powerful a ideally Power lies with the people. In reality Power lies in Money. A so dad. Who is the King of the Forest a its the one with the most Money. And he makes sure his wishes Are known in the paths of Power. A lilo jew does he fit into the Circle of life a f he does no to. He a above it. _ _ _ _ if Disney really wanted to it portray the natural world As it is the movie would be the lobbyin1king.
