Customer comes first in response to no excuses fora Afes sept. 6though some Points Are Correct there is one Point that is no True she writes about staff being rude to customers especially a Post Exchange manager. As an employee with the army and air Force Exchange service for closet 10 years i know How High on the list customer service is. All new employees Are Given a Sac training before even being allowed to work with customers in this training cafes stresses the Point to never argue with the customer no matter what. There have been times i have gotten upset or irate at customers but never once did i argue with them. I listen to the customer s complaint and try to find a solution that will satisfy the customer and create Good will toward cafes. I cannot accept the idea that a manager would argue with a customer and that customer would not go to his local cafes office and file a complaint. It is the customer s right to file a complaint against an cafes employee who is rude or argumentative. As a supervisor i have had customer complain about my employees and have resolved the matter on the spot. This is the problem in my opinion foot Ball and basketball Are High profile sports. Those sports Are reported  such As volleyball and wrestling should be equally reported. Teams Are praised and players see their names in Lack and White. Players of volleyball or any other sport would like recognition too. It would be Nice to see.
