The sanitation truck returned to the commissary picked up More items and re turned to the water treatment Plant. It was met by the same suspect who loaded the items 4nto his second vehicle. Police tried to pull Over the Driver As he exited the base Gate but the car sped away. At about 2 ., the suspect who had been driving the truck was caught by Turk ish police after driving off in the first car that had been loaded with commissary goods Folchi said.
