much going on to move so Many soldiers Back to the us president Bush wants an additional 20000plus troops on the ground in Iraq along with an additional 2200 military policemen and the standing up of Africa command Doest it seem like we Are try ing to do too much i would like to offer a Little armchair quarterbacking starting with this new command i cant think of one country in Africa that will be Able to Host anything More than a tent City considering Force Protection and infrastructure concerns How about building the Soldier piece from forces already in the theater leave the families in Germany at the installations slated for closure deploy the soldiers for thereto six month stints this Way we make Good on our commitment to families if there is a family emergency the Soldier Doest have to travel All the Way to the us i also think we have lost track of who is on first and who is on second with All this deploying and redeploying halt All deactivation until we have the full accounting manpower and infrastructure to support transformation a lot of soldiers will hate me but is there an air defense threat do we need that Many soldiers to run a signal com Mand the Fine print in everyone con tract does state they will work in their Mili tary occupational specially unless the needs of the army dictate differently a my wide they can surely scare up 20000 or so soldiers who dont have a Patch on their right shoulder i am coming up on 10 years As a retired Soldier and would probably be dead weight in combat but i sure would like to see us come out on top of this thing and do the right thing by our soldiers and families Larry c Bostick Hanau Germany mistaken take on Iraq War in crimes under the Ucma getter feb the first lieutenant wrote now the lefts biggest claim is that the War in Iraq is illegal yet the legality has been proved Many times Over so that argument Falls through he did not quote or show evidence of the proof if he was relying on the strength of the Resolution passed by Congress giving the president the authority to go to War if or when he saw fit then the letter writer has been brainwashed right along with the multitudes Congress cannot give the presi Dent Power to do anything being commander in chief does not give the president the authority to order the armed forces to another country All on foreign soil by us troops since the end of world for breathing called a nose specifically were made in the image of the creator god to the please consult the Manu Al for further instruction its called the Bible caution a Lack of understanding Doest disprove the Bible it just proves Well a Lack of understanding As to choking and drowning hazards Welcome to mortality there Are lots of ways to die come to think of it Why int my skin bulletproof a design flaw no doubt bad Knees bad Back the design is Fine its the maintenance programs of the created that Are often nonexistent does a car change its own Oil abuse your body Deal with the consequences what about the struggle for survival and evil in the world please consult the designers manual your answers Are All there ditto for the questions on Why death god designed everything and gave Man free Choice the results of these choices show across the breadth and Width of his creation perfection of design was rejected in the Garden of Eden by the created As such we now live in a world of our own making what we have now int what god wanted for us its what we chose for our selves so dont blame the designer he offers a great warranty plan through his son doonesbury Jesus please see the designers manual for further details Patrick Wyett Camp Arifian Kuwait give cafes some Competition after a recent trip to the Post Exchange i decided it was time to offer my ideas to the rest of the military Community that uses pm services the army and air Force Exchange ser vice has Long touted the huge Benefit that it provides to soldiers and family Mem Bers As one takes closer look the actual Benefit is quite Small we live in a capitalistic society this translates into Competition among provid ers of goods and services which in turn causes prices to fall this is the basis of our Economy this however does not exist in the cafes world there is no com petition on Post All businesses Are run by cafes if a new business wants to open on Post a daunting task at Best it must agree to be run by cafes prices employees goods services All cafes this does not Bode Well for the military consumer at a stateside assignment this problem is easily resolved by travelling usually just a mile or two off Post to the Large variety of discount stores that offer prices much cheaper than any cafes establishment for those overseas we Are forced to use on Post faculties and pay prices far higher than your local Walmart one can order online and save a lot if he is Able to find a supplier that will ship to an army Post office Box this process however is Long and Tim consuming the time has come to bring some com petition to the cafes monopoly Only when other establishments not run by cafes Are allowed to operate on Post will we enjoy the benefits of capitalism hmm i wonder if Walmart will read this pc Christopher m Meyering Vilseck Germany Stop trash programming it has been a very disappointing season in programming management of Ameri can forces network scheduling that we de Pend upon get us through our stressful Day they either Start the wrong program Start too late or broadcast week old episodes if not older we expect a Day or so delay but to just dump regular programs for junk
