be skating or dancing or just goofy activities i can never really do it seriously if i went to a dance club i  keep a straight face Ferrell that s Why i think Jon is such a great physical i think we never actually have spoken to each other about it when youre doing something like that dance he did in Napoleon dynamite if s obviously comedic if s silly but then you pull Back and youre like wait if s Kinda Good i think that s what makes things truly funny Heder you take it seriously but you know if s not Seri Ous youre trying to do your Best and hopefully comedy comes out of it you both seem to come from a tradition of charac Ter based ensemble comedy rather than standup Heder Ive never Given it a shot maybe i will Ferrell in mock narrator style from that moment he became the worlds greatest standup reverts to nor Mal voice but yeah i grew up on those 70s comedies which were stripes Cadd Shack snapshot meat balls All one word titles you both have an honest Earnest Quality that has made you lovable to audiences is it difficult to maintain that in Hollywood a place not exactly associated with those characteristics Heder i definitely Felt that right after Napoleon where it was like in our performances and i think if s a separate thing from what hol Lywood is All about will has expanded into drama with movies like stranger than fiction and Melinda and Melinda and Jon youve expressed interest in taking on dramatic roles is the approach different Ferrell i dont feel like in an experienced dramatic actor to officially comment on it what was so Cool about working on
