Day commanding officer of the 32nd composite Wing presented a plaque to the 473rd signal heavy construction company mess Hall saturday for being rated an highest of any mess Hall throughput the entire air Divi Sion and for outstanding Effort and accomplishment the Field of food making the presentation general Myers told mess personnel of the 473rd that by making the Best utilization of food equipment and service you have minimized the difficulties of feeding at an Over sea station and have increased the morale efficiency and health of the troops that de Pend upon x the 473rd mess Hall took Lead with a total of 87 staffed by it. Food service Points derived from a stand Ard score Sheet graded for sanitation personnel preparation service of food storage records equipment efforts and improvements.
