The aggie were in almost com plete control after blocking Back 3ordon Leboeuf grabbed a partially blocked Rice punt Early in the third period and raced 55 Yards or a touchdown that broke a 14-14 halftime tie. Decisive margin minutes later Milstead gave the aggie their winning margin by carrying Over from the one to Climax a 59-Yard drive. Rice came Back with a 67-Yard scoring drive in the closing period but the owls otherwise were unable to move beyond the am 40. Milstead who connected on 15 of 28 passes for 165 Yards hit end John Tracey for a 12-Yard touch Down that gave the aggie a 7-0 Lead. Rice replied with a 72-Yard March that saw quarterback Jon Schnable score from the one. Fullback Hart Peebles put Rice ahead 14-7, in the second period by scoring from the one but Mil Stead plunged Over from the one five seconds before the half and the score was tied again at 14-14.then came Leboeuf s touchdown dash. A Pete Dawkins at his Brilliant Best wound up his playing career in army s Michie stadium saturday by scoring three touchdowns and pacing the unbeaten cadets to a 26-0 Victory Over stubborn Vil Lanova. It was the last Home game forthe army football Captain and mainly because of his efforts the cadets will go up against Navy nov. 29 undefeated for the firs time in eight years. Coach Bob Blackman s sturdy line so dominated play that Dart Mouth never threw a pass except for attempted conversions after three of its five touchdowns. Dartmouth rolled up an 18-0 Lead before Cornell was Able to break into the scoring column. Vols upset rebels 18-16, on Etter s 75-Yard score Knoxville Tenn. A Sophomore tailback Gene Etter delighted 27,100 Tennessee Homecoming fans saturday As he sprinted 75 Yards for a touchdown that gave the vols an 18-16upset Victory Over Mississippi. Etter s game winning dash came in the fourth period with Mississippi leading 16-12, and apparently Well on the Way to their eighth Triumph of the season. The Fleet Little 160-Pounder from Chattanooga ran to the right dashed Down the sideline to Midfield Cut left and outran the rebels to score standing up. Mississippi missed a Golden Opportunity to pull the game out of the fire late in the fourth period when it drove to the vols four Only to see Bob a Hayas Field goal attempt sail to the left of the uprights. The rebels who had lost Only to first ranked Louisiana state did All their scoring in the second Quarter. Tennessee scored in the first third and fourth periods
