Furcolo a Democrat was indicted Latt week on a charge of conspiring to arrange a  indictment was based on in formation presented to the grand jury As a result of investigations Fay the crime  has charged that Gard Ner is trying to destroy the democratic party by having indict ments returned against top democrats. Gardner has denied the charge. Refuses Chall Ngethe crime commission chair Man refused to accept Furcolo Challenge for a face to face confrontation in the Secretary of state s election division office at the state  said later he had no comment on the corrupt or deuces act charge. Furcolo met newsmen in Testate House and pointed to Campaign contribution reports which showed that Gardner contrib need $100 each to the campaigns of Brooke and former gov. John a. Vole the gop gubernatorial nominee. Gardner earlier acknowledge these contributions and said he also gave $50 to Elliot l. Rich Ardson Republican candidate for lieutenant governor. It so happen that i do have a suggestion that May be helpful to those in your a  lawgiver who arc going to be absent during Aroll Call vote frequently resort to a system known As  pair themselves with someone on the opposite Side who won t be present either.
