Frank Beaudin Board chair Man for More than 15 years and Andrew Henry a six year Board member who was Secre tary resigned from the Branch county draft Board in Southern lower Michigan. None of the names of youth involved were made Public. Col. Arthur a. Holmes stat selective service director said he made the postponement Deci Sion in at least one of the cases.
