The decision was greeted with Boos by the crowd of 5,000 which believed the no. 5-ranked Lyle had taken a Clear decision. Lyle had bloodied Peralta s nose and Mouth in the Early rounds and opened a Cut on the Argentine s right Eyebrow in the sixth with his stunning left jabs. But Peralta was never close to going Down. Lyle weighed in at 212 pounds and Peralta the loth ranked heavyweight at 200. Earlier decision Lyle won a close decision Over Peralta in their first match last May 12 in Denver Colo.
