To begin with the reason you Are put on hold for so Long i that instead of the five operators to answer the thirteen phones there were Only thereof us and when i left that made two. Some of those phones Are from dispensaries from areas outside Frankfurt. When you Call to make an appointment please have some kind of writing utensil and paper to write Down the information the operators give you.
