Tonry. 42, was accused in the indictment of obstruction of Justice receiving More than $54.000 in illegal Campaign contributions promising jobs for political purposes and conspiracy. Mumphry was accused of conspiracy obstruction of Justice and lying to a grand jury. The . Attorney s office originally announced Mumphry was also charged with watergate burglar e.
