Wayne Craig suspended by Krumm last week said later he was in his study at the Church preparing for the serv ice and not aware of what happened at thee trance. He made no reference to the confrontation during the communion service attended by about 20 of the 300 Church members. Craig sparked controversy by having his congregation vote on whether to secede from the National Church because of its decision to ordain women priests. An initial vote ended in a 104-104 tie and the minister planned to hold a second vote sunday. But Dwight Fullerton senior Churchwarden of the Church went to court to pre vent the second vote and got a temporary restraining order from judge Jay c. Flow ers of Franklin county common plea court. Another judge of the same court later ordered the voting to be held this past sunday and next but impounded All ballot until he resolves the question of whether the election is proper. Fullerton s petition said Church Mem Bers who wish to remain affiliated with the protestant episcopal Church in the United states of America would be harassed an suffer potential disenfranchisement if the vote was conducted he claimed the ear Lier tie vote amounted to rejection of disassociation. In suspending Craig the Bishop said he was acting on a diocese committee s report which stated that the minister had by certain acts and declarations abandoned communion with and has renounce the doctrine discipline or worship of the Church. Neither the Bishop nor the committee made Public reference to the Issue of women priests but the Craig said the sus pension was prompted by his stand on that Issue As Well As his opposition to proposed changes by the Church in the Book of common prayer. When Krumm arrived before the 8 . Service he was accompanied by Earl , a Columbus attorney and Samuel m. Allen a Cincinnati attorney and Chan cellar of the diocese. Kraft told the Bishop he would be Wel come to worship. I am Here to conduct the service Krumm said. Then we ask you not to enter Kraft responded. Father Craig has no right to conduct services Here the Bishop said. It is strange to be confronted by someone other than  Kraft said Craig was under contract to members of the Parish and the Only minis Ter authorized to conduct services.
