George Marienthal a Deputy assistant Sec relay of defense for Energy Environ ment and safety said in a statement Friday the task Force has provided no new Evi Dence to suggest conclusions other than those reached by the army in its report of August 1978 that the army had no pro Gram of dumping wastes of any sort in love canal.
