amputated above the knee and then had three operations to remove tutors from his he went through extensive chemotherapy and never once what a terrific fighter he was he knew from the beginning that his illness might be when the doctors told us there was no our son was sitting right with on the trip Home we talked openly about he planned his own funeral told us what he wanted to the music he must contain the full printed name and address of the writer and must be we do not read unsigned but we will withhold your name on request and protect your All letters Are subject to on the question of sure pay for is employees i would like to know who it is that decided that civilians do not have a right to the Security and efficiency of a system like sure when i signed my allotment i was told that my Check would be available to me on i find now that that is not in my Check Doest arrive at my Bank until 710 Days after payday the reason i am being paid 10 Days late is because some Brilliant party at is pay Roll division decided that the Apo was the Way to Send paychecks to for years the military has known that the postal system is probably the most undependable and dangerous Way to Deposit a this is Why they instituted sure with this the monies Are transferred by computer and the pay or the is available on the Day the person was to have been Why is it that the is system has not caught up to the 20th Century i Bank at pfc As does my husband who is a serv ice he has had sure pay for As Long As he has been in and never missed a on the other have been working for less than six months and have not received my last two checks at have not received an Els since i found out when i called Heidel that my Check is actually being put in an envelope and mailed no wonder i Haven been paid some idiot probably lost it or stole it if i had known they were going to mail i would have had it sent to my work and 1 would have mailed it that i could be sure it now i have to wait four to six weeks to see if someone else cashed then put a tracer on who knows when i will receive the Money due to me for a lot of hard i have always been a believer in eight hours of eight hours of but Why should i bother being dedicated when the payroll department could care less if i get paid it seems to me that when the payroll department knows that certain checks have to be sent to Banks in the United states that they could arrange to either mail them earlier to ensure timely or use a marvelous new invention called a computer which pfc knows Well How to there must be a i see no Rea son Why my getting paid should be totally dependent upon the Apo Alvarez Stuttgart editors note a spokesman from civilian army finance and accounting replies the civilian payroll office regrets that you have
