Let the mixture Cool to lukewarm then stir in the yeast mixture and 2 c ups of the flour. Mix Well. Set the bowl in a warm place us h As a turned off oven until the mixture Bic Rimes Light and bubbly about 30 minutes beat the egg Yolks until they Are very Light and stir them into the dough. Gradually work in the remaining 1 cup of flour to make a smooth dough. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead it for 8 to 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic. Form it into a Ball place it in a lightly oiled bowl cover with a Kitchen Towel and let Rise in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours. Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees f. Butter an 11 Inch by 17-Inch shallow baking pan. Punch Down the dough and stretch it to fit the pan pressing the dough edges up to form a rim about it of an Inch High. Set the pan aside in a warm place. In a Large frying pan Fry the diced Bacon until Crisp. Transfer the Bacon to a Small bowl. Heat the butter in the same pan with the Bacon fat and Cook the onions until they arc soft but not Brown remove from heat and set aside. Lightly beat together the eggs sour Cream Salt and Pepper. Spread the onions evenly Over the dough and Sprinkle half the Bacon Over the onions. Pour the egg mixture Over the onions and Bacon then Sprinkle the lop evenly with the remaining Baton and the Caraway seeds. Bake at 400 degrees f for 30 minutes or until the dough is Golden Brown and the egg mixture has set. Serve hot warm or at room temperature. Leftover a incl Kuchen can be re heated by wrapping it in aluminium foil and placing it in a .125 degrees f oven for 15 minutes. Makes 8 Servings.
